  • Recommended Motion: Approve Resolution 26-05 granting petitions for removal from the urban transportation district received since April 2026.
  • Recommended Motion: Approve Resolution 26-08 granting petition for removal from the urban transportation district.
• 5.2 New Facility Construction Contract – Removal of Conditions (Jordan Hess) (12:35 p.m.)
  • Recommended Motion: Authorize the chief executive officer and general manager to execute an unconditional notice to proceed for constructing the agency’s maintenance, operations, and administrative base to Quality Construction of Missoula, Montana, removing the requirement of preapproval of specific contracts with subcontractors.
• 5.3 Missoula Urban Transportation District Petition to Enlarge District Boundaries (Jordan Hess) (12:50 p.m.)
  • Recommended Motion: Adopt Resolution 26-07 approving the MUTD’s petition to enlarge the district’s boundaries to include the 18.37-acre site for the new facility within the urban transportation district per the conditions of annexation into the City of Missoula.
• 5.4 HMH Engineering New Facility Independent Inspection & Material Testing Services Contract (Frank Kuhl) (12:55 p.m.)
  • Recommended Motion: Authorize CEO & GM to execute a service agreement with HMH Engineering in the amount of $122,625.99 for performing independent inspection and materials testing services at the new facility site.
• 5.5 Resolution 26-06 FY2027 Medical Levy Adoption (Allison Segal) (1:05 p.m.)
  • Recommended Motion: Approve Resolution 26-06 adopting the FY2027 medical levy as presented.
