Why

Eating more plant-based meals is one of the easiest things we can do to have a positive impact on the environment. Livestock production and animal by-products are a large contributor of greenhouse emissions - plus raising crops for livestock uses a significant amount of water. Consider switching to a part-time (or full time!) plant-based diet: You’ll have the satisfaction of healthy meals while lowering your personal carbon footprint.
