Employer EZ Pass Program
The Mountain Line EZ Pass Program is an annual bus pass purchased by employers for all employees that work for them at facilities within Missoula Urban Transportation District boundaries. Employees are entitled to unlimited rides on all Mountain Line transit services which include Fixed Route and ADA Comparable Paratransit Services. Employees will be issued an EZ Pass. This pass is valid during all times Mountain Line operates. All passholders are also eligible to use the Guaranteed Ride Home program. The program price is based on the number of employees.
Please think about the following facts as you consider this program:
- Rates are for all of the services provided by Mountain Line within the MUTD boundaries.
- Employers that participate in this program are allowed to claim all or a portion (depending on the total amount) of the expense as a tax deduction.
- No allowance for MUTD labor is made for operator and staff time for data collecting. The employer is responsible to measure the effectiveness of their program.
